- 36%-45%: 15% discount
- 46%-55%: 20% discount
- 56% and above: 25% discount
Certification Procedure
- To avail incentives, businesses must submit a notarized certification under oath signed by a senior official (president or manager).
- This certification must detail the percentage of Manila resident employees and be accompanied by a list of names and addresses.
Duties of the City Bureau of Permits
- Discounts will not be granted without proper certification and employee lists as stipulated.
