Legal Basis and Authority for the Operational Guidelines
- Section 7 of Executive Order No. 176 mandates the issuance of Memorandum Circular containing the Operational Guidelines of the IMP.
- The Office of the President, via the Office of the Executive Secretary, is responsible for issuing this Circular.
- The issuance follows the recommendation of the Program Management Committee (PMC).
Directive for Implementation and Adoption
- All covered government entities are urged to initiate the establishment of IMS in their offices.
- The IMP Handbook is to be adopted as the guiding framework for implementing the IMP.
Effectivity
- This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately upon issuance.
