Compliance Timeline

  • All required trainings under the IRR must be completed by cooperative officers within two years from 2012.

Transitory Provision

  • Trainings completed after the effectivity of RA 9520 but before issuance of this Circular are credited towards compliance.
  • Compliance is contingent on conformity with CDA-prescribed training curricula.

Effectivity and Authority

  • Memorandum Circular takes effect upon CDA Board approval and after fifteen days of filing with the Office of the National Administrative Registry (ONAR).
  • Approved under CDA Board Resolution No. 412, s. 2011 dated December 14, 2011.
