Authority to Partner with Project Managers

  • BCDA may enter Memoranda of Agreement with Public Estates Authority or private/government corporations as Project Managers.
  • Agreements must define responsibilities and terms.

Assistance from Government Agencies

  • Various agencies including DND/AFP, DENR, PNB, Securities and Exchange Commission, HLURB, and National Housing Authority are directed to assist BCDA.
  • Coordination with DND/AFP is required for development access and related matters.

Repeal of Inconsistent Issuances

  • Any previous Executive Orders or Administrative Orders inconsistent with this Executive Order are repealed or amended accordingly.

Effectivity

  • This Executive Order is effective immediately upon issuance on December 8, 1992.
