- 3-Year CTPL forms must be distinct from comprehensive motor vehicle policies and be approved by the Insurance Commissioner
- Accredited insurance companies will collectively provide 3-Year CTPL coverage under the Philippine Insurers & Reinsurers Association (PIRA)
