Extension of Tourist Visa
- Subsequent LSVVE applications must be made during the last 30 days of the previously issued LSVVE or immediately upon expiry of a regular visa extension.
Restrictions on Extensions
- Approval from the Commissioner of Immigration is required when the total visa extension period applied for exceeds 16 months.
- Foreign nationals approaching the 16-month cumulative stay limit should be informed about this restriction when applying for extensions.
- No LSVVE shall be granted to visa-required nationals with a total stay exceeding 24 months.
- Non visa-required nationals cannot receive LSVVE if their total stay surpasses 36 months.
Payment and Fees
- An additional charge of Php100 is imposed for the cost of the visa sticker, payable to the Bureau of Treasury.
- Visa extension fees are collected according to the standard schedule for the full six-month extension period.
Initial Implementation
- LSVVE processing is initially limited to the Bureau of Immigration Main Office located in Intramuros, Manila, until further notice.

- Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR): Php1,010
- Head Tax: Php250 (No head tax for persons under 16 years old; Php510 for ages 14 and below)
- Emigration Clearance Certificate (ECC): Php710 (Php210 for ages 14 and below)
- Certification Fee: Php510
- I-Card: Php2,100 (subject to USD-PHP exchange rates)
- Express Lane Fee: Php3,000
- Express Lane Fee for Certification: Php1,000
- Express Lane Fee for I-Card: Php500
- Total estimated maximum fees amount to Php13,900
