- Dangerous Drug Board (DDB)
- Land Transportation Office (LTO) Central Office Drug Testing Laboratory (Medical Unit)

Superseding Previous Issuances

All previous orders and memoranda inconsistent with this directive are considered superseded and no longer applicable.
