- Coordination with the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) is required.
- All guidelines and procedures must comply with those prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior and Local Government.
Support from Government Agencies
- The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC), and all other related government housing agencies shall assist local governments in program formulation and implementation.
- Other government agencies must provide technical assistance and necessary services to ensure that housing projects are well-developed and livable.
