Definition of Hoarding

  • Hoarding means the undue accumulation of petroleum products above normal inventory.
  • It also includes unjustified refusal to sell, dispose of, or distribute LPG to consumers.

  • Section 2 (b) specifically prohibits hoarding of petroleum and petroleum products.
