Separation and conversion of Hinaplanon Annex

Section 1 separates the Iligan City East National High School – Hinaplanon Annex located in Barangay Hinaplanon, City of Iligan, Province of Lanao del Norte from the Iligan City East National High School.
Section 1 converts the separated Hinaplanon Annex into an independent national high school.
The independent national high school is known as Hinaplanon National High School.

Section 2 transfers to and absorbs by Hinaplanon National High School all personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the former Iligan City East National High School – Hinaplanon Annex.
Section 2 effects the transfer as a complete organizational absorption into the new independent school.

Section 3 requires the Secretary of Education to immediately include in the Department’s program the operationalization of Hinaplanon National High School.
Section 3 provides that the initial funding shall be charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Iligan City East National High School – Hinaplanon Annex.
Section 3 requires that thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4 directs the Secretary of Education to issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of Republic Act No. 10473.
