Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All existing personnel of the Hibao-an Elementary School are transferred to and absorbed by the Hibao-an Integrated School.
- Assets, liabilities, and records of the former elementary school shall also be transferred to the newly created integrated school.
Inclusion in Department of Education Programs and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of the Hibao-an Integrated School in the Department of Education's program without delay.
- Funding necessary for the school's operation shall be allocated under the annual General Appropriations Act.

- The Secretary of Education must formulate implementing rules and regulations within ninety (90) days from the approval of the law.
