- Requests must be made by duly authorized representatives of schools, colleges, or universities, whether public or private.
- The requesting institution must offer the relevant licensure examination courses.
- Institutions must be duly accredited and/or recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
Request Procedure and Fees
- Requests for sample test questions must be submitted in writing.
- Provision of sample questions is contingent upon payment of prescribed fees.
- Sample questions will be made available within six (6) months from the release date of examination results following receipt of the written request and payment.
Preparation and Content of Sample Test Questions
- The Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) prepares the sample test questions.
- Five (5) questions per subject are selected from actual examination questionnaires.
- Clerical and typographical errors may be corrected but substantive content remains authentic.
Processing and Release of Sample Questions
- The PRB submits the questions to the Office of the Chairperson within ten (10) days after exam results release.
- The Office of the Chairperson reproduces and issues the sample questions to authorized representatives.
- Each page of the sample questions will bear a specific marking indicating it is pursuant to Section 7(d) of R.A. 8981, with details on the examination name and date.

- Sample questions are exclusively for the requesting institution's use.
- Their purpose is to familiarize prospective examinees with question framing.
Effectivity and Dissemination
- The resolution becomes effective fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
- Copies of the resolution are furnished to the Chairmen and Members of the Professional Regulatory Boards and to CHED for dissemination to all concerned institutions.
