- Handles all cases within Dubai and neighboring emirates including Dubai City, Sharjah City, Ajman City, Ras Al Khaima City, Fujairah City, and other specified areas.
Referral of Cases from Qatar
- Cases requiring official action by the Philippine Embassy, including more complex matters, are to be referred to the Riyadh office.
- Less complex cases and whereabouts tracing are handled by designated community action officers in Qatar.
Referral of Cases from Bahrain
- Cases requiring official Embassy intervention are referred to Abu Dhabi office.
- Designated community action officers in Bahrain may manage whereabouts tracing and less complex cases.
Notification of Changes in Territorial Jurisdiction
- The Overseas Programs Department holds the responsibility to notify relevant departments regarding future changes in the territorial jurisdiction of overseas welfare officers.
- The guidelines on territorial jurisdiction are effective immediately from their adoption date.
