    • 2nd offense: 6-month suspension.
    • 3rd offense: 9-month suspension.
    • 4th offense: 1-year suspension.
  • For refusals upon instruction of operators/employers:
    • 1st offense: ₱1,000 fine.
    • 2nd offense: ₱2,000 fine.
    • 3rd offense: ₱3,000 fine.
    • 4th offense: 15-day suspension of operating license for the route.

Enforcement and Assistance

  • LTO and authorized personnel are tasked to assist and enforce guidelines.
  • Schools requested to designate personnel for facilitating ID issuance, complaint handling, and student awareness.
  • DECS regional and division offices and LTO-LTFRB will engage in dissemination of information and monitoring activities.
  • Specific coordination designated to Mrs. Norma B. Bernardo in Metro Manila for dissemination and monitoring.

Immediate Dissemination

  • The memorandum directs immediate dissemination to ensure effective implementation and compliance of the Student Fare Program.
