Wage and Salary Increase Provisions
- Daily wage increased to a minimum of Ten Pesos (P10.00) if current wage is below this amount
- Monthly salary increased to a minimum of Three Hundred Pesos (P300.00) if current salary is below this threshold
Basis for Wage or Salary Increase
- Increase computed based on actual wage or salary
- Includes all percentage adjustments and cost of living allowances
- Excludes subsistence, clothing, laundry, and similar allowances already received
Implementation and Regulatory Authority
- Commissioner of the Budget mandated to issue implementing rules and regulations
- Effective date of wage/salary increase is May 1, 1976
Provisions for Local Government Employees
- Salary upgrading for local government employees may be implemented
- Subject to fund availability
- Requires determination by the Secretary of Finance
