Visa Issuance Procedures

  • Facilities for converting other valid visas to student visas exist, provided conditions are met.

Establishment of the Inter-Agency Committee on Foreign Students

Responsibilities of the Committee

  • Develop and promulgate simplified procedures within 60 days of effectivity.
  • Monitor and coordinate executive order implementation.

Repealing and Effectivity Clauses

  • Repeals Executive Order No. 104, dated December 4, 1967, and inconsistent issuances.
  • Effective immediately upon issuance.
