The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports has disciplinary authority over violations of this Act.
Penalties for willful violations are as follows:
1. First violation: suspension of one (1) month without pay.
2. Second violation: suspension of two (2) months without pay.
3. Third and subsequent violations: suspension of six (6) months without pay.

Implementation Rules and Regulations

The Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) is mandated to issue the necessary rules and regulations for the Act's implementation.
DECS must submit a copy of such rules and regulations to both the Senate and the House of Representatives within ninety (90) days from the Act’s approval.

Repeal and Modification of Inconsistent Laws

Any existing laws, decrees, executive orders, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are repealed or modified accordingly.

Effectivity of the Act

The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication.
