Declared policy and purpose

Persons covered and visa-free entry right

Eligibility conditions for no-visa entry

Extension of authorized stay

  • Section 2 allows the initial period of stay to be extended by the Bureau of Immigration prior to expiry.

Revocation and amendment of inconsistent rules

  • Section 3 revokes and/or amends Letter of Instructions No. 911 dated 10 August 1979.
