The two (2) manning agencies covered by the tie-up must be fellow members in their particular association/organization.

Validity Period of the Exemption Arrangement

The arrangement on PDO tie-up accreditation is valid and effective only until an association of manning agencies and/or any NGO with special concern for seafarers secures accreditation to conduct PDOS for sea based workers.
