Duration and Conditions of Permit
- The permit remains valid as long as no similar government service exists at the locations selected by the grantee.
- The permit becomes void if construction or installation does not begin within one year from the date of approval.

Scope of Operations and Restrictions
- The grantee and its successors or assigns are prohibited from engaging in domestic telecommunications business without special congressional approval.
- The permit is purely to allow construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of private radio stations justified by the grantee's business interest.
Fee Provisions
- No fees may be charged by the grantee for radio communications conducted under this permit.
- Communications are limited strictly to those concerning the grantee's business.
Interference Prevention
- The grantee must ensure that its radio stations do not interfere with the operations of other radio stations in the Philippines.
Liability and Indemnity
- The grantee, its successors, or assigns must hold harmless all levels of government from claims arising from accidents or injuries caused by the construction or operation of its radio stations.
Compliance with Corporate Laws
- The grantee and its successors or assigns are subject to existing and future corporation laws of the Philippines.
Frequencies Authorized
- Operation of private radio stations is authorized in medium, high, and very high frequency bands assigned by the Secretary of Public Works and Communications.
Restrictions on Transfer and Assignment
- The permit cannot be leased, transferred, sold, or assigned, nor the rights or privileges granted, without prior approval of Congress.
- Any entity acquiring the permit is subject to all original terms, conditions, restrictions, and limitations.
Presidential Special Rights
- The President of the Philippines may, during war, insurrection, public peril, emergency, calamity, or disaster, close the grantee's stations or authorize their temporary government use upon payment of just compensation.
Amendment and Non-Exclusivity
- Congress may amend, alter, or repeal the permit as public interest demands.
- The permit does not grant an exclusive privilege to the grantee.
Effectivity
- The Act takes effect immediately upon approval without executive approval, dated June 19, 1971.
