Citizenship grant to Fabio Enrique Bardales Posas

Section 1 grants Fabio Enrique Bardales Posas Philippine citizenship.
Section 1 provides that the grant includes all the rights, duties, privileges and prerogatives incident to Philippine citizenship under the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Section 1 requires the oath of allegiance to be recorded in the Civil Registry of the City of Manila.
Section 1 sets the recording deadline at sixty (60) days from the date of the approval of Republic Act No. 8146.
