Citizenship grant and full enjoyment
- Section 1 grants Fabio Enrique Bardales Posas Philippine citizenship.

Oath recording, deadline, and registry
- Section 1 requires the oath of allegiance to be recorded in the Civil Registry of the City of Manila.
- Section 1 sets the recording deadline at sixty (60) days from the date of the approval of Republic Act No. 8146.
- Section 1 makes taking and registration of the oath the condition for entering into full enjoyment of Philippine citizenship.
Legal consequences of compliance
- Section 1 provides that upon taking and registration of the oath, Fabio Enrique Bardales Posas shall enter into the full enjoyment of Philippine citizenship as granted by the Act.
