Provisions on Higher Educational Qualifications and Salary Adjustments

  • Elementary principals or district supervisors who further their education to B.S.E. degrees while in service receive compensation equivalent to secondary-level principals or supervisors with civil service eligibility.
  • Classroom teachers who graduate from Normal schools and obtain B.S.E. degrees during service are compensated equivalently to secondary teachers holding same degrees, contingent on civil service eligibility.
