Continuity of incumbents and conversion
- Section 3 directs that incumbent Assistant Judicial Superintendent, Senior Judicial Supervisors, and Judicial Supervisors occupying positions affected by the salary and position provisions shall continue occupying their respective positions and receive the salary increases without new appointments.
