Reapportionment of Caloocan 1st District

Section 1 reapportions the First Legislative District of the City of Caloocan into two (2) legislative districts.
The two resulting districts are designated as the First Legislative District and Third Legislative District (Section 1).
The reapportionment takes effect in the 2022 national and local elections (Section 1).
The First Legislative District consists of Barangays 1, 2, 3, 4, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, 170, 171, 172, 173, 174, 175, 176, and 177 (Section 1(a)).
The Third Legislative District consists of Barangays 178, 179, 180, 181, 182, 183, 184, 185, 186, 187, and 188 (Section 1(b)).

Section 2 directs the Commission on Elections to issue the necessary implementing rules and regulations.
The Commission on Elections must issue these implementing rules and regulations within thirty (30) days after the effectivity of Republic Act No. 11545 (Section 2).

Section 3 repeals or amends accordingly all laws, rules, and regulations that are inconsistent with Republic Act No. 11545 (Section 3).
