    • wounds or injury received; or
    • sickness or disease incurred;
    • in line of duty within Philippine territorial limits during 8 December 1941 to 3 July 1946, or as a consequence of the performance of such duty.
  • Old Age Pension, Hospitalization and Burial Benefits: A veteran must have:
    • participated in any engagement against the enemy; or
    • completed thirty (30) days of continuous service or sixty cumulative days of broken service within Philippine territorial limits during the period 8 December 1941 to 3 July 1946.

Supersession of earlier guidelines

  • A corrected copy of Supplementary Guidelines No. 90-5 supersedes the Supplementary Guidelines issued on 8 August 1990.
