Filing Fees for Complaints Between Operators

Complaints filed by the public against operators for violations of the Public Service Law, related rules and regulations, and terms and conditions of the CPC are exempt from any filing fees.

Authority and Effectivity

This Memorandum Circular was issued pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11 dated December 9, 1992.
