Scope of Regulated Products and Establishments

  • All establishments engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of toys are included under the regulation of the CCRR.

Licensing and Registration Procedures

  • Establishments must file their applications for licensing of toy establishments and registration of toy products through the FDA-Public Assistance, Information and Receiving (PAIR) Unit.
  • The existing procedures implemented by the PAIR Unit must be followed for the processing of these applications.
