- A bonafide gun club member must not possess more than 15 units of sidearms at any one time (Section 2).

- A bonafide gun club member must not possess more than 5,000 rounds of ammunition for the licensed units at any one time (Section 2).
Prohibition on fully automatic models

- All preceding circulars, letters-directive, and memoranda on the subject that are inconsistent with the executive order are revoked and modified accordingly (Section 4).
