Implementing Rules and Regulations

  • The Department of Budget and Management, in coordination with implementing agencies, must formulate necessary rules and regulations for effective implementation immediately after the Act’s effectivity.

  • Inconsistent provisions of RA 11494 and other laws, decrees, executive orders, or rules are repealed or modified accordingly.

Effectivity Clause

  • The Act takes effect 15 days after publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
