  • TAB must resolve protests within 7 days; decisions are final and executory.

  • Payments are accepted at any METROBANK branch; if protested, final fines are paid at MMDA Central Office.
  • Failure to pay after lapse of 7 days results in a Final Notice issuance.
  • Unsettled fines lead to inclusion in the Alarm List; reported to LTO to block vehicle registration renewal.

  • Refusal to accept notices without valid reason is deemed receipt, obligating compliance.
