Timeframe for Payment
- All right-of-way claims must be paid within one year from the date of filing provided that the claim papers are complete and in order.
Superseding Provisions
- Any conflicting instructions, directives, orders, rules, or regulations are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly to conform with this Letter of Instructions.
Effectivity
- The provisions of this Letter of Instructions take effect immediately upon issuance.
