Implementing Rules and Regulations
- Empowers the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Civil Service Commission (CSC), National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA), Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG), Department of Health (DOH), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) to formulate implementing rules.
- These agencies shall consult with Senate and House committees as well as other relevant organizations.
- The implementing rules and regulations (IRR) must be formulated within six months from the Act's effectivity.
Separability Clause
- If any provision of the Act is declared unconstitutional, that provision shall be severed.
- The invalidation of one provision shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Repealing Clause
- All laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, and rules inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are repealed or modified accordingly.
Effectivity Clause
- The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in any two newspapers of general circulation.
