Temporary Exclusion of Mogadon Tablet

    • Number of Privilege Tax Receipt and Opium License of the physician.
    • Name and address of the patient.

Automatic Reversion after Expiration

  • After the extension period elapses, Mogadon will automatically revert to being categorized as a regulated drug.
  • Any further exclusion beyond the one-year period requires a new extension from the Dangerous Drugs Board.

Early Termination Clause

  • The one-year extension may be terminated earlier if evidence shows that Mogadon tablet is being abused.
