Authority and Responsibilities of the Director of Vocational Education
- The Director of Vocational Education is empowered to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement the intent and provisions of the Act.
- This includes overseeing the school's operations to ensure compliance with established educational standards and policies.
Appropriation of Funds
- An initial appropriation of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱150,000) is authorized from unappropriated funds in the National Treasury for the school's establishment, operation, and maintenance during the fiscal year 1966.
- Subsequent funding for the school's operations and maintenance shall be provided through the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity of the Act
- The provisions of the Act take effect immediately upon its approval.
- This ensures the immediate commencement of the school establishment and related activities following enactment.
