Authority to Issue Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Health is empowered to formulate and enforce the necessary rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this law effectively.
Appropriation of Funds
- An initial budget of fifty thousand pesos is authorized from the National Treasury for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of the hospital for the fiscal year 1962.
- Subsequent funding for the hospital’s operation and maintenance is to be included in future General Appropriation Acts, ensuring continuous financial support.
Effectivity Clause
- The provisions of the law become effective immediately upon its approval, ensuring prompt establishment and operation of the hospital.
