Creation and supervision of the school

Regulatory authority for implementation
- The Secretary of Education must issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of the Act.
- The Secretary of Education’s authority extends to implementing the establishment, operation, and maintenance of the school consistent with the Act’s purpose.
Funding authorization and appropriation rules
- PHP 200,000 is authorized to be appropriated for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of the Pandan School of Arts and Trades.
- The appropriation is drawn out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
- The authorized appropriation covers the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty.
- Funding for subsequent years is ensured by requiring that sums needed for the same purpose be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
