Administrative supervision and school offerings
- The school is placed under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools for its operation under Section 1.
- Section 1 limits the mandated course offering to courses of secondary level.
Funding and appropriations
- Section 2 authorizes the appropriation of PHP 200,000 out of funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
- Section 2 directs that the authorized PHP 200,000 be used for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy.
- Section 2 provides that thereafter, sums needed for operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity
- Section 3 provides that the Act takes effect upon its approval.
