Establish Mintal Comprehensive High School

Section 2 directs the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports to formulate the necessary rules and regulations to implement Republic Act No. 7739.
Section 2 assigns to the Secretary the function of operationalizing the Act through implementing regulations.

Section 3 requires that the amount necessary to carry out Republic Act No. 7739 be funded out of appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for operational expenses of newly legislated high schools.
Section 3 requires that, after the initial funding, the amount needed for the school’s operation and maintenance be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4 provides that Republic Act No. 7739 takes effect upon its approval.
Republic Act No. 7739 was approved on June 4, 1994.
