Establishment and Capacity
- Formal establishment of a station hospital in Capul Municipality, Northern Samar.

Administration and Operational Guidelines
- The Secretary of Health is tasked with the establishment and organization of the hospital.
- A staff organization that shall not exceed fourteen personnel is to be formulated.
- Secretary of Health holds authority to issue rules and regulations for the hospital's maintenance and operation.
- Provision for possible merging with local health units in Capul, subject to maintaining the public health functions of the local units.
Funding and Appropriations
- An initial appropriation of PHP 100,000 is authorized from the National Treasury for the hospital's establishment, operation, and maintenance during fiscal year 1969.
- Subsequent funding requirements to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act to ensure continuity of operations.
Effectivity of the Act
- The Act takes effect upon approval, without requiring Executive approval.
- Officially enacted on June 21, 1969.
