Initial Funding and Operational Budget
- An initial amount of one hundred thousand pesos (₱100,000) is allocated for the school's operation.
- Funding shall come from the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 designated for the Ministry of Education and Culture.
- This initial fund is specifically intended for new national schools.
Future Funding and Budgetary Provisions
- Subsequent operational and maintenance expenses shall be incorporated into the annual General Appropriations Act.
- The amount necessary for the school's continued operation will be provided through future budgetary allocations.
Effectivity of the Act
- The provisions of the Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
