Establishment of the emergency hospital
- Section 1 directs that an emergency hospital be established in Barrio Baloc, Municipality of Sto. Domingo, Province of Nueva Ecija.
- The hospital must be known as Sto. Domingo Emergency Hospital.
- The establishment is expressly for an emergency hospital located in the specified barrio and municipality.
Authorized appropriation and funding
- Section 2 authorizes the appropriation of PHP 200,000 out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
- The PHP 200,000 appropriation is for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the hospital during the fiscal year 1966.
- After the fiscal year 1966, Section 2 requires that such sum as may be needed for operation and maintenance be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
