Regulatory Authority and Implementation
- The Secretary of Education is empowered to formulate and issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Act.
- These regulations will govern the administration, curriculum, and all other aspects pertinent to the effective functioning of the school.
Appropriation of Funds
- An initial appropriation of one hundred thousand pesos (PHP 100,000) is authorized from the National Treasury to fund the establishment, operation, and maintenance of the school.
- This appropriation covers the fiscal year 1965.
- Subsequent funding required for the school's operations and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act, guaranteeing continued financial support.
Effectivity Clause
- The Act becomes effective immediately upon its approval, allowing for prompt implementation of its provisions.
