Education Department rules and regulations
- Section 2 makes the Secretary of Education responsible for issuing rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of the Act.
- The rules and regulations issued under Section 2 govern implementation of the school’s establishment and operation.
Authorized appropriation and future funding
- Section 3 authorizes the appropriation of PHP 100,000 for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the Amaya School of Home Industries.
- Section 3 authorizes this PHP 100,000 to be taken out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
- Section 3 limits this appropriation to the fiscal year 1965.
- Section 3 provides that, thereafter, whatever sum is needed for operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity upon approval
- This Act takes effect upon its approval, per Section 4.
- The Act was approved June 18, 1964.
