Funding for Operation and Initial Financial Support
- An initial appropriation of one hundred fifty thousand pesos (₱150,000) is allocated for the operational expenses of the newly established school.
- This initial funding is sourced from the appropriations under Batas Pambansa Blg. 230, specifically designated for the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sports for new national high schools.
- Additionally, there is provision for an extra amount equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of Kibungan’s share in the budgetary aid it received prior to the conversion to national high school status.
- This supplementary amount is to be released from the national assistance fund to local schools, serving as additional operational funding.
Inclusion in the Annual Budget for Sustained Operation
- Following the initial period and allocations, the ongoing operational and maintenance expenses of the Kibungan National High School are to be incorporated into the regular budgeting process.
- This inclusion means that subsequent funding requirements will be accounted for in the General Appropriations Act (GAA) annually, ensuring continuous financial support.
Effectivity of the Law
- The provisions and mandates of this Act take effect immediately upon its approval.
- The enactment date as approved is June 24, 1983.
