Establishment of Kapatagan National High School

Section 2 directs the Ministry of Education and Culture to take the necessary steps for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of the Kapatagan National High School.
Section 2 requires the immediate implementation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 212 by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
The Ministry of Education and Culture is responsible for putting the school into active operation in line with Section 2.

Section 3 sets the initial operating amount of three hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school.
Section 3 charges this PHP 300,000 to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools.
Section 3 provides that after the initial amount, such sum as may be necessary for the school’s operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4 provides that Batas Pambansa Blg. 212 takes effect upon approval.
The Act was approved on March 25, 1982.
