Funding and Financial Provisions

Initial funding for the construction and operation of the hospital shall not exceed Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P750,000).
This funding is to be sourced from the appropriations authorized under Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 specifically allocated to the Ministry of Health for new or expanded hospital projects.
Subsequent funding for the hospital’s operation and maintenance costs shall be included annually in the General Appropriations Act.

Effectivity

The provisions of this Act will take effect immediately upon its approval on June 10, 1983.
