Rule-Making Authority
- The Minister of Health is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of the Act.

Funding Provisions
- Initial funds for the construction and operation of the hospital shall not exceed Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱750,000).
- These funds will be drawn from the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 allocated to the Ministry of Health for new or expanded hospitals.
- Subsequent funding for the hospital's operation and maintenance will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity of the Law
- The law takes effect immediately upon its approval, specifically on June 10, 1983.
- This provision facilitates the timely implementation of the hospital's establishment and operation.
