Appropriations and Funding
- The Act authorizes the appropriation of one million five hundred thousand pesos for building infrastructure, facilities, and equipment for the Institute.
- An amount of three hundred thousand pesos is allocated for operating expenses for fiscal years 1967 and 1968.
- Starting from the fiscal year following 1968, at least three hundred thousand pesos must be appropriated annually for the continued support of the Institute.
- These appropriations shall be made from the National Treasury funds not otherwise appropriated.
Effectivity Clause
- The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval on August 4, 1967.
