Criteria for Accreditation

  • Must demonstrate a clear and specific nature of business.
  • Must have a good reputation and clean record for at least one year.
  • No misuse of customs facilities or derogatory information.
  • Willingness to undergo compliance audit.

Benefits of Super Green Lane Plus Members

  • Three-year suspension on conduct of audit.
  • Five-year validity for Importer's Accreditation.
  • Allowed to import articles not included in the List of Importables, still required to submit List and expected volume.
  • Exemption from the Selectivity System.
  • 24-hour Client Coordinator Service.
  • Commissioner of Customs may grant additional benefits upon recommendation and approval.

Certificate of Accreditation

  • Privileges subject to conditions: registered SGL user, random/spot checks at premises, responsibility for misuse, compliance with regulations.
  • Violations may lead to suspension, revocation, or cancellation after due notice.
  • Valid until revoked or cancelled; subject to BOC review.

Super Green Lane Plus Procedures

  • Commissioner to issue rules and regulations for implementation.

Service Fee

  • Accredited importers pay fees per entry based on FOB value:
    • Below US$5,000: Php 500
    • US$5,001 to US$100,000: Php 1,000
    • US$100,001 to US$200,000: Php 1,500
    • US$200,001 to US$500,000: Php 2,000
    • Above US$500,000: Php 2,500

Confidentiality Clause

  • All confidential information for accreditation treated strictly confidential.
  • Disclosure only with permission or in judicial proceedings.

Repealing Clause

  • Orders and directives inconsistent with this Order are revoked, amended, or modified.
  • Does not affect existing importer accreditation schemes agreed by Department of Finance and Trade and Industry.

Separability Clause

  • If any part declared unconstitutional, other parts remain in effect.

Effectivity

  • Order takes immediate effect upon issuance.
