Issuing authority and supervision
- An extension office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) is established under the supervision of the Department of Transportation (DOTr).
- The Secretary of the DOTr is the responsible executive officer to ensure operationalization through inclusion in the DOTr program.
Purpose and service coverage
- The LTO Extension Office serves the needs of the people in all barangays of the Municipality of Infanta, Province of Quezon.
- The LTO Extension Office also caters to the people of the neighboring municipalities of Real and General Nakar, Province of Quezon.
- The LTO Extension Office also covers the five (5) island municipalities of Polilio, Burdeos, Panukulan, Latnanungan and Jomalig in the First Congressional District of the Province of Quezon.
DOTr program and funding requirement
- The Secretary of the DOTr shall immediately include the operationalization of the LTO Extension Office in Infanta, Quezon in the Department’s program.
- Funding for the operationalization shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
