Geographic coverage and service area
- The district office shall be located in the Municipality of Labo.
- The district office’s service coverage covers the municipalities of Capalonga, Jose Panganiban, Labo, Paracale, and Santa Elena.

Implementation by the Department of Transportation
- The Secretary of the Department of Transportation must immediately include the operationalization of the LTO district office in the Department’s program.
- The annual General Appropriations Act shall include the funding for the operationalization of the LTO district office in Labo.
Rulemaking authority
- The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of Republic Act No. 11815.
Effectivity and publication rule
- Republic Act No. 11815 takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
